Simply Modern Real Estate was started in 2006 by Lynette Hutcherson. Lynette Hutcherson has been a full time realtor since 1992. This goal of Simply Modern Real Estate is to allow sellers to choose their level of service. The traditional way of paying commission at the close of a transaction may not work for every seller.

The present economy and the decline of the real estate market warrants giving each seller the choice of choosing a plan that works best for their situation and will help to maximize their bottom line and complete a successful transaction.

With the $295 and $695 Flat Fee option, the seller does some of the work a traditional real estate agent may due. For some sellers, this may be worth the extra effort to save some money at closing on commission.

Our company still offers the traditional way of doing business. If you do not have the time or wish to take on the extra responsibilities to get a real estate transaction closed, our company will do all the traditional steps to get you closed. If a seller is experiencing financial difficulties and needs to work with the bank to facilitate a short sale, our company can process this transaction for you.
